About WeiDong Machinery

In 2009 WeiDong Machinery started as a small workshop in Renqiu City, Hebei Province. From the beginning the company has concentrated on one product family only: tub grinders, wood crushers and wood chippers. The current operating company, Renqiu Weidong Machinery Co., Ltd. (任丘市伟东机械有限公司), was incorporated in 2013 and continues that manufacturing operation.

Today WeiDong Machinery operates a 30,000 m² plant with registered capital of RMB 10 million and builds for new and returning customers. High efficiency, stability and reliability are what customers say about the machines; word of mouth remains the company's main form of advertising.

WeiDong began exporting in 2021, when two WD3600 tub grinders were shipped to Turkey. Machines were delivered to Vietnam, Thailand, Brunei and Malaysia from 2022.

Design, fabrication, machining, rotor assembly, power integration and final inspection all take place in Renqiu.

Every machine passes through four controlled steps. Engineering review: material, load, power, mobility and service access are checked before the build is released. Materials and components: specified structural steel and components are prepared for the confirmed configuration. Process control: fabrication, machining, assembly and finishing follow the project record and drawings. Final inspection: controls, feeding, discharge, safety devices and delivery scope are checked before the machine leaves Renqiu.

Critical shafts, bearing seats and interfaces are machined in-house for alignment; rotor balance, tool layout and wear protection are matched to the feed material; frames and undercarriages are built for shock loads and transport forces; and diesel or electric power packages are chosen around regional service networks and emissions rules.

Bureau Veritas has verified WeiDong as a supplier under report number MIC-ASI246686. Certificates and conformity documents for a specific machine and destination can be requested with the quotation.
