Before the order: application review

A reliable machine starts with correct application data. WeiDong reviews your feedstock photos or video, maximum piece size, moisture, contamination, target output and loading method before confirming the configuration.

• Application review. Material, capacity, particle size, site and mobility are checked against the 3600, 1380, 1690, 1100 and 1865 platforms.
• Factory visit. Planned visits to Renqiu, Hebei (about two hours from Beijing) can include the workshop, fabrication, assembly and any machine available for inspection.
• Configured solution. Power, rotor, screen, chassis, discharge and optional equipment are matched to the project.
• Scope confirmation. The quotation defines the machine, included accessories, documentation, delivery scope and support terms.

During production

• Production coordination. One project record follows fabrication, component preparation, assembly, surface finishing and final inspection.
• Component integration. Engine or motor, hydraulics, bearings, controls and wear systems are installed to the confirmed configuration.
• Inspection and test. Controls, feeding, discharge, safety devices and operating condition are checked before delivery.
• Delivery documents. Operating information, packing details and a recommended spare-parts list are prepared for handover.

After delivery

• Commissioning guidance. Remote guidance is standard; on-site installation, commissioning and operator training can be arranged.
• Operator training. Controls, safe feeding, daily inspection, wear monitoring and routine maintenance.
• Parts planning. Common wear parts are planned with the machine for the expected maintenance cycle.
• Technical consultation. Send a clear fault description, alarm information, photos and video so the service team can assess the problem quickly.

Genuine spare parts {#parts}

WeiDong supplies cutters and knives, grinder hammers, screens and outlet mesh, knife-roller assemblies, hydraulic components, engine parts and filters, belts, bearings and seals, electrical components, remote-control systems and crawler track components. See the parts range.

To order the right part, send the machine model, serial number, photos of the installed assembly, the component dimensions and the material you process. Common wear parts are dispatched promptly, and express air freight is available for urgent orders.

Warranty {#warranty}

New WeiDong machines carry a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty terms can be agreed in the quotation.

Covered: manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; structural integrity of the main frame and components; genuine WeiDong parts installed at the factory.

Not covered: normal wear items such as cutting tools, hammers, screens, belts and filters; damage from improper operation or maintenance; modifications made without factory authorisation.

Shipping and delivery {#shipping}

1. Order confirmation. Specifications and delivery timeline are confirmed.
2. Production. The machine is built to the confirmed configuration.
3. Inspection. Each machine is tested before shipment.
4. Loading. Large machines ship as FCL cargo in 40-foot open-top or flat-rack containers, or by RoRo vessel for wheeled models. Spare parts and small equipment ship by container or air freight; door-to-door logistics can be arranged.
5. Documents. Bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.

WeiDong handles export customs clearance at the Chinese port. Import clearance and duties in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
