Construction, Demolition and Pallet Wood
WeiDong tub grinders and horizontal grinders recover construction and demolition timber, formwork, pallets and crates as fuel or recycled-wood fractions. The hammer-roller assembly suits formwork and demolition wood; magnetic separation removes nails. Mixed debris must be sorted first.

Hammer rotors tolerate fasteners; a magnetic separator on the discharge recovers metal.
Sorted feed
Concrete, plastic, insulation and fabric must be removed before grinding to protect the machine and the product.
Fixed recycling yards
Skid-mount models, diesel or electric, suit permanent recycling lines.
Treated wood
Treated or painted wood may be restricted in fuel and mulch markets; confirm the outlet before processing.
C&D and pallet wood is valuable when it leaves the yard as a clean fuel or recycled-wood fraction. The process starts with sorting and continues with a grinder configured for fasteners and metal recovery.
